Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you visit dgrbfiresafety.com, use its features, download material, or send an enquiry to DGRB Firesafety and Consumer Goods Trading.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These website terms do not replace a quotation, purchase order, service agreement, or project contract.

The project documents come first.

If these terms conflict with a written quotation or contract accepted for a project, the accepted project document controls that project.

What the website provides

The website gives general information about our business, equipment, systems, services and project process. Site-specific assessments, designs, bills of quantities, code decisions and approvals require the appropriate project review.

We work to keep information useful and accurate, but product details, images, specifications, brands, availability, coverage, and lead times can change. Confirm important requirements in the written quotation before making a purchase or project decision.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending a form, email, file, message or call request starts an enquiry; it does not create a contract.

No automatic acceptance

An acknowledgement or thank-you page only confirms that the enquiry reached our system.

Pricing must be confirmed

Website content and advertisements are not a binding price offer unless they expressly say otherwise.

Scope lives in writing

Products, quantities, exclusions, schedule, payment, delivery, installation, and warranties must be stated in the accepted quotation or contract.

Availability can change

We may decline an enquiry or revise a quotation before acceptance if stock, site conditions, technical requirements, or schedules change.

Projects, site conditions, and compliance

Fire safety requirements vary by property, occupancy, location, use, existing systems, site conditions, project documents, and the directions of the Bureau of Fire Protection or another authority having jurisdiction.

References to BFP support, NFPA standards, testing, documentation, or compliance do not guarantee permit or approval outcomes. Unless the accepted project documents say otherwise, the customer remains responsible for providing accurate site information, access, approvals, utilities, plans, and coordination with owners, designers, contractors, and authorities.

Any responsibility for design, installation, testing, commissioning, certification, maintenance, or regulatory submissions will be limited to the scope expressly assigned to DGRB in the accepted project documents.

Information and files you send

You are responsible for making sure the details and files you submit are accurate, lawful, safe to open, and permitted to be shared. Do not upload malicious files, confidential material you are not authorized to disclose, or personal information that is not needed for the enquiry.

You keep ownership of your submissions. You give DGRB permission to use, copy, review, store, and share them only as reasonably needed to assess the enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver agreed work, maintain records, and comply with law. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for legitimate information and business enquiry purposes. You must not:

  • Attack or bypassAttempt unauthorized access, probe security, defeat rate limits, or interfere with the site or hosting.
  • Send harmful materialIntroduce malware, automated spam, abusive content, or files designed to damage or deceive.
  • MisrepresentSubmit false identities, fraudulent requirements, or information that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Exploit the contentScrape, reproduce, or republish substantial site content for competing commercial use without permission.

We may block requests, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, our customers, or the public.

Ownership and permitted use

The DGRB name and branding belong to DGRB. Website text, design, graphics, photographs, video, downloads, product names, standards, client marks, and other material remain owned by DGRB or their respective rights holders.

You may view, print, or save a reasonable copy for your own project evaluation or internal business use. You may not remove ownership notices, imply endorsement, resell the material, or republish it for commercial use without prior written permission.

Website availability and external services

We may change, correct, restrict, or temporarily suspend any part of the site without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.

External services such as Facebook, Google, email, maps and phone providers have their own terms and privacy practices. DGRB does not control them.

Responsibility and limits

Use the website and its general information with reasonable judgment. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, DGRB is not responsible for loss caused solely by relying on general website content instead of the final written project documents or an appropriate site-specific assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits obligations or remedies stated in an accepted quotation, warranty, or contract. If the website contains an error that could affect a real project, tell us so we can review and correct it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the courts or authorities that have jurisdiction under applicable law, unless an accepted project contract provides a different lawful process.
