The short version
DGRB Firesafety and Consumer Goods Trading uses personal information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed work, keep business records, and understand whether our website and advertising are working.
We collect only information that is relevant to those purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use project details for unrelated advertising.
Form submissions go to DGRB’s sales and contact addresses. We keep limited server records for delivery, security and audit. Accepted projects are also governed by their project documents and applicable law.
DGRB Firesafety and Consumer Goods Trading is the personal information controller for information covered by this notice.

How and why we use it
We process personal information only for a declared and legitimate business purpose, using a lawful basis available under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Run the business
Maintain project, accounting, safety, quality, security, and dispute records, and comply with legal or regulatory duties.
Measure performance

We rely on your request, a contract, legal duties, legitimate business interests or consent, depending on the activity. You may withdraw consent at any time; earlier lawful processing remains valid.
Cookies and measurement
On our production website, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools can use cookies or similar identifiers to record visits, page interactions, campaign sources, and confirmed enquiry conversions. For confirmed advertising enquiries, contact details such as email address and phone number may be normalized, securely hashed, and shared with Google together with available advertising identifiers so the enquiry can be attributed correctly and duplicate conversions can be prevented. Google may process this information under its own privacy policy.
After a successful enquiry, we also set a short-lived first-party confirmation cookie. It helps us confirm the conversion once and expires after about 30 minutes. It is not used to build a customer profile.
You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser and manage Google advertising choices through Google’s settings. Blocking measurement cookies will not stop you from viewing the site or submitting an enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, safety, warranty, and dispute requirements. There is no single retention period for every record.
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiriesKept only while a quotation or reasonable follow-up remains relevant, unless a longer period is needed for security or a legal claim.
Customers and completed projectsKept for the project relationship, after-sales support, warranty, accounting, compliance, and recordkeeping periods that apply.
Website measurementKept according to our configured measurement settings and the retention controls of the relevant service provider.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, securely dispose of it, or anonymize it so it can no longer identify a person. You may also request erasure or blocking, subject to lawful recordkeeping requirements.
How we protect it
We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. The current website uses field and route validation, spam controls where enabled, rate limits, upload restrictions, security headers, and private server paths and file permissions for lead records.
No website, email, or storage system is completely risk-free. If we identify a personal data breach, we will assess it and notify affected people and the National Privacy Commission when required by Philippine law.
